Shipping and Returns

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

We ship to anywhere in the USA and Canada - shipping is calculated at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping please contact us.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All orders must contain a street address, city, state, and postal code/zip code. If additional instructions are required, please let us know at check out. If there are any questions about any checkout issues please contact us and we be happy to assist you.

For all Alaska and Hawaii orders, please allow extra time for delivery. Please see shipping charges at final page of checkout.


FedEx and UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address; this includes the correct address with the matching zip code (postal code) entered at checkout. If you require shipping to a P.O. Box please contact us and we will find an alternative shipping method that suits your shipment. 

3 Day, 2nd Day & Next Day Rush

3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Rush services are available for an additional charge, please note as our products are custom made when you order them they lead time still remains the same.

Product Lead Times:

Baseboard Cover orders

We consolidate all orders and ship across North America every Friday. The cut-off time for Friday shipments is Thursday 9 p.m. EST. For customers in Western States, expect 2 days in transit. Midwest customers – 3 to 4 days and customers in the Eastern States expect 5-7 days in transit. If you need faster delivery please give us a call.

What delivery service is used?
Fedex Ground.


Vent Cover orders

As all of our vent covers are custom made to order, thus they do have a longer lead time. Most standard sizes should arrive within two weeks. Expedited deliveries can also be arranged for an additional fee-cost depends on shipping weight and location. 


Resin Covers:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for manufacturing and 1 week for shipping. Some popular size grills may be shipped the next day. Special orders and painting will take longer. Grilles with dampers may take up to 4 weeks.

Wood Covers:

Please allow 2 weeks for manufacturing and 1 week for shipping.

 Metal Covers:

Please allow 4 weeks for manufacturing and 1 week for shipping. Some popular size grills may be shipped the next day. Special orders where new patterns are required will take longer. 


What delivery service is used?
UPS Ground.

Note: Although we will try our best, items ordered together may not arrive together.



Baseboard Covers:

We want you to love your baseboard covers, we will issue refunds for customers who aren't completely satisfied, but we require that you ship the product back to us before we will process the refund. Please include the original invoice or order number in your request.

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be in "new" condition (no indication of use, etc.).  Upon return receipt of the merchandise you will receive a full refund less restocking fee and shipping costs. In the case of orders that qualified for 'Free Shipping' the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the original receipt total and that amount will be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of your product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The only exception is for custom cut length panels. If we supply a panel with a custom cut length, it is final sale.


What if my order arrives with damage or items missing?
Although damage due to carrier negligence is rare, it does happen. We will replace, at our cost, any items that are received with obvious signs of damage and reported to us within 72 hours. A customer also has up to 72 hours after delivery to inspect their order and report any missing item(s). Following this period of time it will be assumed that the order was received in full. Any items missing will be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost.

 *Please note: Custom baseboard cover panels and cut panels are non-refundable.


Vent Covers:

All vent covers are FINAL SALE with the exception of quick ship items due to the custom nature of the products. We manufacture each cover individually when customers place their order. Based on selection criteria of size, pattern and color/finish there are literally tens of thousands of variations. It is for this reason that we do not stock covers and are unable to accept returns. PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY AND INSURE ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE PURCHASING.

QUICK SHIP ITEMS may be returned within 30 days of receipt and require a return authorization number (RMA) so we can process your return quickly. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for return instructions. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. 

Any return made by Customer without a return authorization will be considered an unauthorized return ("Unauthorized Return"). Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit. Customer has the sole responsibility to arrange shipment of the Unauthorized Return from Vent and Cover back to Customer. Customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any Unauthorized Return.
