We ship to anywhere in the usaflag.png USA and download.png Canada, as well as internationally. 

Shipping costs are estimated in the shopping cart by putting in your Zip Code or Postal Code.

Addresses/PO Boxes

FedEx and UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address; this includes the correct address with the matching zip code (postal code) entered at checkout. 

3 Day, 2nd Day & Next Day Rush Shipping

3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Rush services are available for an additional charge, please note as our products are custom made when you order them they lead time still remains the same.

If you would like to request rush shipping please contact us with your order contents and zip code and we will get you a rate for shipping.

Who should I contact with regards to placing an international order?

If you would like an International shipping rate please contact us with your order contents and zip/postal code and we will provide you with a rate for shipping.

ship-times.png Please allow 1-3 weeks* (*4 weeks for finished covers and filter frames/supplies with damper/louver) for manufacturing and 3-7 business days for shipping.

    • Some popular sized grills may be shipped within 1-2 weeks. (Special orders and painted grilles will take longer to produce.)
    • Grilles with dampers (Supply), filter frames, painted/finished covers and custom orders may take up to 6 weeks.

ship-times.png Aside from Quick Ship items (labeled 'Quick Ship') which have a 1-3 business day production time and Bronze Series items (Slotted, Square Bronze Series and Tuscan Bronze Series) which have a 3 week production time, please allow 5 weeks* for manufacturing and 3-7 business days for shipping.

Note: Custom sign-off on CAD drawings will be required for custom orders in order to proceed which may cause a delay in production time.

Returns:

Baseboard Cover Returns:

We want you to love your baseboard covers, we will issue refunds* for customers who aren't completely satisfied, but we require that you ship the product back to us before we will process the refund:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and require a return authorization number (RMA) so we can process your return quickly.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be credited in the original form of payment.

Items must be returned and received in NEW condition (no indication of use, damage etc.) Original packaging is designed for a one-way trip and may not protect the contents. It is your responsibility to package the baseboard covers and accessories so that they arrive without damage and this may require new and additional packaging materials. We also strongly advise purchasing insurance from your shipper in case your package is damaged during its return trip. Vent & Cover accepts no liability for damaged returns and will not refund against them.

NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED Shipments arriving at Vent + Cover with charges due are subject to being returned (unrepaired) with all charges, including return expenses, duties and taxes, due and payable by the originator.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit. Customer has the sole responsibility to arrange shipment of the Unauthorized Return from Vent + Cover back to Customer. Customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any Unauthorized Return.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Orders CANNOT be cancelled once the order has shipped. 

*Please note: Custom baseboard cover panels, samples, and cut panels are non-refundable. If you order a panel with a custom cut length, it is final sale - no returns or exchanges.

 

If you need to return a Baseboard Cover Order:

Please fill out the contact us form with your order number and item(s) you will be returning so we can issue an RMA.

Upon return receipt of the merchandise you will receive a full refund less restocking fee and shipping costs. In the case of orders that qualified for 'Free Shipping' the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from the original receipt total and that amount will be refunded. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of our receipt of your product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

What if my order arrives with damage or items missing?

Although damage due to carrier negligence is rare, it does happen. We will replace, at our cost, any items that are received with obvious signs of damage and reported to us with photographic evidence within 72 hours. A customer also has up to 72 hours after delivery to inspect their order and report any missing item(s). Following this period of time it will be assumed that the order was received in full. Any items missing will be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost.

Vent Cover Returns:

All vent covers are FINAL SALE (with the exception of Quick Ship* items) due to the custom nature of the products.

PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY AND ENSURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE PURCHASING. 

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

We manufacture each of our covers individually when customers place their order. Based on selection criteria of size, pattern and color/finish there are literally tens of thousands of variations. It is for this reason that we do not stock covers and are unable to accept returns. 

Any return made by Customer without a return authorization will be considered an unauthorized return ("Unauthorized Return"). Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit. Customer has the sole responsibility to arrange shipment of the Unauthorized Return from Vent and Cover back to Customer. Customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any Unauthorized Return.

*QUICK SHIP ITEMS may be returned within 30 days of receipt and require a return authorization number (RMA) so we can process your return quickly. 

Please fill out the contact us for return instructions. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of our receipt of your product.

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

What if my order arrives with damage or items missing?

Although damage is rare, it does happen. We will replace, at our cost, any items that are received with obvious signs of damage and reported to us with photographic evidence of the damaged item and the box within 72 hours to info@ventandcover.com.

A customer also has up to 72 hours after delivery to inspect their order and report any damaged or missing item(s). Following this period of time (72 hrs) it will be assumed that the order was received in full. 

Any items missing and reported within the first 72 hours of receiving the order will be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost.
